1. Booking Process

To book an Ark Quest, submit an inquiry through our contact form or WhatsApp. Our quest designers will prepare a personalised proposal within 48 hours. Once you approve the itinerary and confirm your dates, we will send a booking confirmation and payment instructions.

2. Payment Terms

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival date. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

We accept bank transfers and major credit cards. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus the 30% deposit and a $50 administration fee.
  • 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
  • 14 days or less: No refund can be offered.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation cover.

4. Changes & Amendments

We understand plans change. Amendments to your itinerary can be made up to 14 days before departure, subject to availability and any price differences. Changes requested within 14 days may incur additional fees.

5. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in any Ark Quest package. We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, luggage loss, and emergency evacuation.

6. Force Majeure

Ark Quests shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or airline disruptions. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide credit for future travel.
